DAMAC Hills Residential Infrastructure

EPS completed full structural, architectural, and MEP works for 60 townhouses.

The scope included slab casting, DEWA substation works, firefighting systems, irrigation, and hardscape execution.

All labor, equipment, materials, and QA/QC support were provided under an ISO-certified Integrated Management System. The project was delivered in full alignment with client specifications, safety KPIs, and local authority compliance requirements. During execution, the contractor maintained detailed documentation, conducted daily safety briefings, logged progress reports, and prepared comprehensive as-built records. Seamless stakeholder coordination ensured timely achievement of all handover milestones.

In the residential and civil domain, the team worked in close coordination with municipal authorities, developers, and design consultants to guarantee compliance with Dubai Municipality and DEWA standards. Projects involved multi-phase activities such as excavation, concrete placement, waterproofing, MEP integration, façade cladding, lift shaft construction, fireproofing, and landscaping.

Special attention was given to managing multiple subcontractors, enforcing work-at-height protocols, and reducing disruption within urban zones. High-end finishing was delivered for lobbies, corridors, apartments, and retail spaces, with a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainable design practices.

DAMAC Hills 2 – Sahara Cluster Development

Jumeirah Heights Residential Towers

EPS delivered civil and structural works for two five basement floors +G+23 typical floors residential towers (~22,000 m² each), including raft foundations, reinforced concrete frame, architectural blockworks, and stair/lift cores. The project included full MEP infrastructure, DEWA substation works, rooftop water tanks, curtain wall glazing, and composite panel cladding.

Also managed waterproofing, floor finishing, access control, and testing & commissioning of all services.

Each residential development involved deep coordination between structure, MEP, and finishing trades. EPS implemented phased execution plans to meet critical path milestones, coordinated material logistics, and supervised site safety protocols in line with Dubai Civil Defence and international HSE best practices.

In high-rise tower projects, EPS maintained vertical construction cycles through strict QA/QC, installed fire-rated shafts, riser ducts, pressure-tested plumbing systems, and completed mock-up apartments for client approval prior to full rollout. For community-based housing, the company focused on modularity, cost-efficiency, and user-centric infrastructure planning.

Citizen Affairs Division Building (CADB)

Complete construction of the Citizen Affairs Division Building in Abu Dhabi, commissioned by the Crown Prince Court. The facility includes two basements, a ground floor, and three upper floors, designed to accommodate administrative and public service functions.

New Custody Transfer Metering Skid for Shuweihat - 3

Barzan Project - 11kv Power Distribution Network

Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of an 11 kV underground power cable link between the Ras Laffan City Substation and the RasGas Substation, executed as part of the Barzan Gas Development Project in Qatar.

Jumeirah Islands - Heights, Cluster C - East and West

EPC for Causeway Pipelines Project, Mubaraz Island

Installation of four new gas pipelines to be laid underground in the causeway between Mubarraz Island and the AR site terminal.

Petro Rabigh / SATORP – Tank Infrastructure

Client: SATORP    |    Location: Saudi Arabia    |    Year: 2022–2024

The SATORP project involved engineering and construction of four 20,000 m³ storage tanks for aromatic products. EPS managed bottom welding, shell plate erection, internal coatings, installation of radar level gauges, and construction of manifold piping connected to the tank inlet/outlet lines with associated instrumentation.
